History
Founded in 1988 South Yorkshire Joinery is a family run business based in Neepsend, Sheffield, South Yorkshire. Specialising in the design & manufacture of quality, purpose-made timber staircases.
SYJ Home Decor was launched a couple of years ago by Thomas who is the Director of South Yorkshire Joinery. Thomas left school and has since devoted 15+ years producing purpose made joinery.
Following this journey, we decided to diversify the company and start making bespoke furniture and dining tables.
Our combination of love for creating wooden pieces of furniture with our experience of making bespoke staircases was a perfect mix of traditional handmade items, right here in Sheffield.
At SYJ Home Decor we combine our passion for handmade quality with a real flair for design to create custom pieces that stand out for all the right reasons. Just what you need when it’s time to furnish your interiors in exactly the right way.
